I'm a Service Advisor from Brooklyn, now working at Napleton's Palm Beach Acura. For seven years, I've built a strong reputation for driving sales and revenue. I've been recognized as Service Advisor of the Month and Service Advisor of the Year. I'm a family man – married with three kids – and I enjoy spending my free time with them. My background is in Bishop Ford Central Catholic High School. Outside of work, you'll find me at a Mets game, on the baseball field, by the pool, or jet skiing. I also hold a trucking license. I'm passionate about providing excellent customer service and making people happy. I pride myself on the quality of service I deliver, consistently exceeding customer expectations, and handling a large volume of customers efficiently. I'm known for my helpfulness, compassion, and positive attitude (and my smile!). My colleagues might say I'm a bit insistent on keeping things moving to avoid long wait times for our customers.
