Hi, I'm a Service Advisor from Perth Amboy, NJ, currently working at Napleton's Palm Beach Acura. I'm a bilingual college graduate with a background in automotive technology from Mech Tech Institute. Outside of work, I enjoy baseball, cars (naturally!), gaming, and attending car shows and events. I've also been lucky enough to visit the Bahamas. I'm passionate about building strong relationships with customers. I believe in treating everyone with respect and providing knowledgeable, helpful service. From the moment a customer walks in, I strive to make a connection – asking about their day, how their vehicle is running, and even noticing small details to make their experience better. This role is perfect for me because I really enjoy that aspect of connecting with people and helping them through the service process.
