About Valerie
As a Service Advisor for Napleton's Palm Beach Acura, excellent customer service is always a top priority, and getting everyone back on the road safely is what we do best! I joined the auto industry in 2008 and worked for the incredible Napleton brand off and on for four years. I missed being part of the organization so much that I returned in June 2023. I love Acura, and I love what I do, which includes working with customers and helping maintain their vehicles. My free time is spent relaxing and enjoying life. I met my boyfriend Mike at work 15 years ago; he is a technician. We love going to Orlando and visiting Volcano Bay and Discovery Cove. I have two dogs and a cat; they're the best kids anyone can have! You can rely on me for friendliness, process orientation, great organization, and excellent communication skills!
